Cyprus and cross-border reach
Cyprus sits inside the EU legal order. Operating from Nicosia gives access to EU-standard intellectual property protection, a common law judicial tradition, and the EU instruments for cross-border enforcement. When a case spans more than one country, we select and coordinate counsel in each jurisdiction, keep their positions consistent, and track every filing deadline so that a gap in one forum does not undermine the others.
